LEXi 2024 

2024 has been a landmark year for our extended team, the pinnacle being our rebranding as LEXi and the launch of our new website. This was more than a name change; it’s a transformation that reflects the heart and soul of our team who have invested so much time and energy into making LEXi a success. Their passion to reinvent, refresh, and renew LEXi’s essence and vitality into a brand that not only captures our vision for the future but also celebrates the journey we’ve undertaken so far. Thank you to everyone who supported us on our rebranding journey.

Collaboration and Expansion

This year, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with our incredible colleagues across our China, Korea, and US teams. These collaborations have enriched our offerings and strengthened our global presence. 

We delivered a number of large-scale programmes across the UK and around the globe, building on a shared commitment to enhancing workplace communication, nurturing stronger relationships, and fostering collaborative, open communities.

Our programmes spanned the world, bringing us to diverse locations, including:

  • In the UK – Aberdeen, Birmingham, London, Leicester, Manchester, Southampton.
  • In Europe – Athens, Genoa, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Trieste, Warsaw.
  • In North America – Chicago, Halifax, Houston, Miami, Seattle, St. John’s, Toronto.
  • In Asia – Busan, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Pune, Qingdao, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore.
  • In Australia – Melbourne, Perth.

Whether delivering virtually or in person, our work extended to a range of industries and institutions, from NHS Trusts to the Big Four, business schools, and more.

Innovative Learning Solutions

Our offerings this year were as diverse as our locations. The most sought after learning areas were Leadership, Performance Development, Trusted Advisor and Coaching Skills.

In addition, we scripted, rehearsed, directed, lit, shot, and edited a variety of video content and learning films for our clients. We also co-created simulations, delivered one-to-one executive and personal impact coaching, led workshops on empathy, and courageous conversations, and ran development centres. We delivered learning on leading client meetings, and facilitated consulting skills development. Furthermore, we delivered at conferences, exhibited at the World of Learning in Birmingham, and launched The Leadership Tonic podcast.

As we look back on 2024, it’s clear that this year has been one of growth, innovation, and connection. Thank you to everyone we have collaborated with in 2024 – here’s to an exciting and impactful 2025!
