DEI & Belonging

Creating an environment where everyone feels valued and included, is essential for a thriving organisation. We are deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Belonging and our goal is to foster a culture of conscious inclusion.

At the root of our work on DEI & Belonging is an aim to enhance self-awareness and develop an understanding of the factors contributing to unconscious bias. We recognise that every organisation faces different challenges in this complex area.

Our programmes are honed to address specific areas, some of which are outlined below.

  • Race
  • Sex
  • Sexual Orientation
  • Gender Identity
  • Disability
  • Neurodiversity
  • Menopause
  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Victimisation
  • Stereotypes
  • Whistleblowing

The addition of ‘belonging’ is an important distinction. Belonging goes beyond inclusion and is about creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard and appreciated for who they are. It is this sense of belonging that leads to greater engagement, improved performance and a more cohesive and innovative workplace.

Each LEXi programme is bespoke and designed with the specific needs of your organisation in mind. We always collaborate with subject matter experts and those who have lived experience of the issues at stake, when designing sessions for any of these areas. We recognise intersectionality and while full representation is always difficult, we are committed to our continuous improvement in this area. We take our lead from institutions and individuals who are thought leaders who we respect, and encourage those with an interest in learning and development around DEI & Belonging to get in touch with us.
