Our People

Katerina serves as a  Director, and has over a decade of experience as a drama-based learning practitioner, project manager, and professional actor.  Katerina regularly serves as a thought leader – speaking and writing on a variety of learning and development topics. She earned a MA in Acting from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, as well as a BA Hons in Philosophy from University College London. She is also a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute.

Fergus is Creative Director at LEXi Learn, where he draws on decades of experience in drama-based learning to shape powerful, engaging programmes for clients.
With over 16 years as a professional actor and two years as an in-house Project Manager at one of the world’s largest drama-based learning consultancies, Fergus brings both creative flair and expertise to his role.
From 2011 he was Managing Partner of Role Plays for Training (RPfT), the company’s name prior to its rebrand as LEXi Learn in 2024. Fergus holds a degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Leicester, where he specialised in the Psychology of Interpersonal Behaviour – a foundation that continues to inform his approach to learning, communication, and behavioural change.

With over 30 years of experience in drama-based learning and development, Becky brings a deep understanding of performance, communication, and people to her role. She spent two decades as a successful freelance business actor before joining the company full-time in 2017.
Since stepping into the role of Director of Client Services & Associate Relations, Becky has taken the lead on day-to-day business operations, building strong partnerships with both clients and associates. She ensures every project runs smoothly and every relationship is nurtured with care.
Becky holds a Diploma in Acting from Mountview Theatre School and continues to draw on her performance background to create impactful, human-centred learning experiences.

Amy is Senior Project Manager and Innovation Lead at LEXi Learn. She brings nearly a decade of experience project managing drama-based learning and development programmes covering areas such as crisis management, leadership, domestic violence, mental health issues in the work place, and motivational interviewing. She has over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering courses with a particular focus on legal, government and medical fields. Amy studied Drama at Bristol University and worked as an actor and theatre producer before moving into drama-based training.

Sophie is Director of Finance and Legal at LEXi Learn and works with our internal team to manage financial and accounting matters for the business. She is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years experience working in finance across various roles. She joined the firm in 2023. She received her FCA, Accounting and Finance, from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.

Zoe is a Finance Administrator at LEXi Learn and assists with various operational projects, including Associate and Client invoicing. She also serves as a business actor with LEXi Learn – providing superior client service. She trained as an actor at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, receiving a BA hons in Theatre Studies. After graduating, she worked in TV and theatre. As well as now working for LEXi Learn, she is also performing in radio drama podcasts.

Em is LEXi Learn’s Operations and People Lead, helping to oversee the smooth running of day-to-day business while nurturing a thriving team culture. A self-proclaimed lover of spreadsheets and a tidy inbox, she brings clarity, structure, and momentum to LEXi Learn HQ.  Whether it’s HR strategy, scheduling, or systems optimisation, Em keeps the LEXi Learn engine running smoothly.
