We aim to create community through the solutions we offer and the experiences we share. The connection created through community can have a profound impact on how we learn, listen and act. To facilitate this objective we provide opportunities and have created platforms for leaders to share their experiences and connect with each other. Below are just two examples of the platforms LEXi has proudly created.
The Learning Loop, formerly Collaborative Virtual Breakfasts, is a collective and collaborative forum engineered to help capture positive lessons learned to shape organizations for the future. The idea was born in April 2020, while reflecting on how dramatically the learning and development industry had been impacted by the pandemic.
LEXi’s Managing Partner, Katerina Kerr, and Helen Buckwell, from Hidden Strengths Learning, felt what was needed in this moment of isolation and confusion, was community and collaboration. They came up with an initiative – to regularly bring together their clients, all of whom are learning and development professionals, in one virtual space. In February 2023, Helen and Katerina rebranded this now well established collaborative forum to The Learning Loop. These sessions are invite only and have limited availability.
