To facilitate this objective, we provide opportunities and have created platforms for leaders to share their experiences and connect with each other. At LEXi Presents, we open the doors to our creative world, inviting clients and the public to explore learning in bold, unexpected ways. Each course is crafted by one of our talented associates, inspired by their passions beyond drama-based learning, whether it’s film, theatre, TV, or wellness.

Hijinx are valued associates and part of the wider LEXi Learn community. Based in Wales they champion equity and representation on stage, on screen, and in their award winning training programmes, which are co-designed and co-delivered by people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Working alongside highly trained actors, they offer dynamic, interactive approaches including role play, forum theatre, and communication skills development. Whether as workshops, conferences, films, or e-learning packages, all their training is tailored to suit each project’s specific needs. With lived experience at the core, they offer training that is practical, engaging, and designed to ensure authenticity, insight, and impact.
The Learning Loop, formerly Collaborative Virtual Breakfasts, is a collective and collaborative forum engineered to help capture positive lessons learned to shape organisations for the future. The idea was born in April 2020, while reflecting on how dramatically the learning and development industry had been impacted by the pandemic.
One of LEXi Learn’s Directors, Katerina Kerr, and Helen Buckwell, from Hidden Strengths Learning, felt that what was needed in this moment of isolation and confusion, was community and collaboration. They came up with an initiative to regularly bring together their clients, all of whom are learning and development professionals, in one virtual space. In February 2023, Helen and Katerina rebranded this now well-established collaborative forum to The Learning Loop. These sessions are invite-only and have limited availability.
