Our People

Katerina serves as Managing Director, and has over a decade of experience as a drama-based learning practitioner, project manager, and professional actor. She leads a network of over 250 professionals to provide experiential learning consultancy services to clients around the globe. Katerina regularly serves as a thought leader – speaking and writing on a variety of learning and development topics. She earned a MA in Acting from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, as well as a BA Hons in Philosophy from University College London. She is also a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute.

Fergus is Director and brings decades of experience to bear for LEXi’s clients. He has over 16 years experience as a professional actor and two years experience serving as in-house Project Manager for one of the world’s largest drama-based learning consultancies. From 2011 to 2023 Fergus served as Managing Partner of Role Plays for Training (RPfT), which was the name of LEXi from 1988 through 2024. He has a degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Leicester University – specialising in Psychology of Interpersonal Behaviour.

Becky is Head of Operations at LEXi and has over 30 years experience in drama-based learning and development. She originally worked with the company for 20 years as a freelance business actor before joining the team full-time as a Senior Associate in 2017. She moved into her current role in 2022 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with clients and associates. Becky is a trained professional actress and worked as an actor for 13 years prior to joining the company. She has an Acting Diploma from Mountview Theatre school.

Amy is Senior Project Lead at LEXi. She brings nearly a decade of experience project managing drama-based learning and development programmes covering areas such as crisis management, leadership, domestic violence, mental health issues in the work place, and motivational interviewing. She has over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering courses with a particular focus on legal, government and medical fields. Amy studied Drama at Bristol University and worked as an actor and theatre producer before moving into drama-based training.

Sophie is LEXi’s Financial Controller and works with our internal team to manage financial and accounting matters for the business. She is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years experience working in finance across various roles. She joined the firm in 2023. She received her FCA, Accounting and Finance, from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.

Zoe is a Finance Administrator at LEXi and assists with various operational projects, including Associate and Client invoicing. She also serves as a business actor with LEXi – providing superior client service. She trained as an actor at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, receiving a BA hons in Theatre Studies. After graduating, she worked in TV and theatre. As well as now working for LEXi, she is also performing in radio drama podcasts.

Cassandra is an Administrative Assistant at LEXi. She assists our LEXi leaders and operational professionals in executing on our objectives and exceeding client expectations. She has a strong background in project coordination and community management, which support her ability to effectively multitask.

Emma serves as an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant to the firm’s Managing Director. A self proclaimed lover of spreadsheets and a tidy inbox, she brings clarity and order to the LEXi headquarters, supporting the team with her consummate office management, administrative and scheduling skills.
